This team genuinely enjoys the adventure of turning a “gone forever” moment into a “you’ve got to be kidding me!” return. Derik and Crystal bring recovery experience, specialized equipment, certified-diver training, land-record research, first-aid and safety awareness, and practical outdoor and survival skills to every search.
Raised on a cattle ranch and an avid outdoorsman, Derik is usually tracking down a lost item, researching a historical place, traveling the world on two wheels, practicing Jiu-Jitsu, fishing, hunting, or operating his real-estate investment company. Husband, father and friend come first—although a promising lead can occasionally make him disappear a few days.
Crystal serves as Professional Adventure Enabler and Field Support. A natural adventurer with a curious mind and a weakness for a good mystery, Crys assists in the field, helps chase down leads, scouts locations and is generally willing to see where the next rabbit hole goes.
